Senior Pre Sales Solutions Engineer – UK
- Working in close partnership with exceptional sales executives to build engaging presentations to clients
- A senior Pre Sales role and first UK Pre Sales hire in the UK
- Support client prospects to identify and present the best solution to support their Employee Experience and Engagement requirements
- Provide technical evaluations to end user clients
- Quickly become an valuable strategic business and technical partner to both sales executives and the client, so actively supporting great outcomes for all stakeholders
- Be an interface to the Product, Sales, Tech and Marketing team
- Lead by example, mentor others in Pre Sales less experienced than yourself
- Seeking 3 plus years of Pre Sales experience
- A prior technical background that will include understanding of web development and knowledge of technologies such as React, AngularJS or Vue.js. The ability to create a demonstration with API interaction is required
- You will be able to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate clearly to both business and technical decision makers
- Proven capability to deliver stimulating presentations and demonstrations to all stakeholders
- Employee Experience is desirable but by no means a prerequisite and we are open to other areas of experience within enterprise SaaS
Senior Solutions Architect – UK – International focus
- A more technically oriented role that will provide architectural and engineering leadership and support for end user customers to benefit from enhanced Employee Experience and Engagement
- A critical role that provides technical leadership and assurance of precision solution integrity in what are often quite complex projects from systems requirements, solution design and ultimately delivery of the proposition
- First UK Solution Architect hire with the opportunity to grow and lead a team
- Working with all stakeholders in the Professional Services and the client team to create and deliver a statement of works
- Actively working with and mutually supporting the Pre Sales Solutions Consultants and acting as a trusted advisor across the entire stakeholder group
- 5 years experience in enterprise architectures including the designing and delivery of technical architectures – Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security and Data
- Familiarity of Public Cloud – Amazon and MSoft Azure
- MSoft Collaboration stack – Teams, Power PI, Teams, SharePoint
- Enterprise identity management – ADFS, AD, SCIM, SAML, OIDC
- Enterprise architecture and integration, specifically integration through APIs and front end integration
- Delivery of cloud native architectures and systems design and delivery
- Agile delivery methodologies i.e. scrum
- Estimation experience
- Incredible attention to detail
- Employee Experience is desirable but by no means a prerequisite and we are open to other areas of experience within enterprise SaaS
