The Opportunity

The chance to join an established German, B2B SaaS company with a global presence.  The company  has achieved much success in Europe and North America.  With over 600 employees and thousands of global customers, this firm operates globally enjoys the backing of world-leading investors.

The company specialises in Compliance, RegTech, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Management.

They also sell their solutions directly to small, medium and enterprise accounts across the globe, mainly with direct sales.

They are looking for a 2 x Senior Account Executives based in Germany. Munich area is perfect, but we are open to other German locations.

The company targets a variety of key decision-makers, including Compliance, Risk, and Procurement. 

The Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for finding new customers in DACH

  • Report into Head of Sales based in Germany
  • Upsell Compliance and GDPR solutions into existing accounts and close new logos across DACH
  • Direct sales into target accounts
  • Manage deals ranging from 10k to 200k+ Euro
  • Manage & convert leads from SDR 
  • Focus on  SMB, MidMarket and Enterprise customers
  • Manage sales cycles 2 months +
  • Report accurate progress to Sales Leader 
  • Maintain direct contact with end user prospects / clients

The Profile:

  • Based in Germany (Munich or open to other locations)
  • B2B direct sales background
  • Fluency in German 
  • Strong sales domain
  • Stable track-record
  • Direct sales experience
  • Able to manage and structure small, medium and large SaaS deals
  • May have sold: Compliance, RegTech, Data Rooms, Investor Relations or other related solutions
  • Strong Sales Training – MEDDPICC or similar would be a bonus
