We continue to build the USA team for what has to be one of the hottest RegTech/FinCrimes SaaS firm in the USA today.

The company has high profile VC’s and leadership that have a track record of taking companies to exit.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive, ideally located in New York that will report directly into the Head of Global Business Development and they will work closely with and support the USA Sales team with “Top of Funnel” Sales and Business Development activity.

I’d like to hear from exceptional Business Development Executives that want to work at a strategic level, ideally with experience in the FinTech space and seek that next stage, pivotal, once in a lifetime opportunity.

The Person

  • A critical and analytical thinker
  • Exceptional personal and business presentation skills, highly articulate
  • Motivated to try different approaches and experiment in ways that drive exceptional results
  • Will already have shown success in a Business Development role within another SaaS or FinTech firm but seeking that next phase of their career
  • Ability to deliver tailored high quality outreach to major decision makers in Banks and FinTechs
  • A major preference to have had some experience in a FinTech environment

The Role

  • Deliver strategic top of funnel Business Development and Sales activity within the FinTech and Banking community in the USA
  • Develop Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Provide high quality research and strategic, articiulate and bespoked outreach to targeted FinTech and Banks
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Build prospect lists and lead scoring
  • Nurture leads that are then passed to Sales at the critical point of the sales cycle although this role will also have the opportunity to be engaged across the entire sales cycle
  • Use sales & marketing tech stack such as Sales Navigator and Hubspot
  • Ensure that the Sales team are at lead capacity
