Scale-up opportunity to join an established but emerging, UK SaaS firm seeking to embark on an exciting period of growth.
A chance to join a UK headquartered Enterprise SaaS company (around 50 employees), which is seeking to hire its first CRO.
The CRO will be tasked with creating a “dream-team” consisting of Enterprise Sellers, BDMs, Pre-sales and Customer Success Execs over the next 2-3 years.
The Company

- HR / Employee Software / SaaS solutions
- Annual Deal Values average around £100k ARR (deals can be smaller and Total Contract Values can be much higher
- The target market is Enterprises with around 10,000 employees
- Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales & growth goals
- Hire and develop sales staff to cover US, European and other markets
The Role
- Build, grow and manage the global sales function
- Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales & growth goals
- Hire and develop sales staff to cover US, European and other markets
- Sales Operations to include staff compensation and bonus programs
- Manage Presales and Customer Success teams
- Provide accurate sales forecasting
- Work closely with the marketing function
- Monitor and report on CRM data
- Develop a channel strategy for engaging and selling through partner organisations
Background:
- Highly Entrepreneurial, motivated by growth and stock options
- Comfortable in working in high growth, emerging, start up type of companies
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software with a minimum of 5+ years recruiting, developing, monitoring and leading a sales team
- Background of scaling Enterprise SaaS firms or business units from <$5m to >$15m
- Has worked for HR/ Employee related Enterprise Software or SaaS firms
- A productive home-office environment
- A passion for HR technology
- Successful track record with stability on CV
