Hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a UK HQ’d Salesforce Partner

The company has a track record of complex solutions delivery for Manufacturing, Financial Services and the 3rd Sector and they have built an enviable name for themselves as a company that delivers excellence in digital transformation and state of the art solutions for leading UK enterprise.

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will build revenue generating relationships with key Account Executives in Salesforce and identify potential clients that develop into new business Services sales opportunities.

As the company continues to build it’s Salesforce practice, the opportunity exist for career development as it is expected that this role will grow at a similar rate. 

Candidates will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge and network within the Salesforce ecosystem and will ideally have sold services based engagements to Manufacturing, Financial Services and or the 3rd Sector.

The Person

  • A new business sales hunter
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem with active network in the UK
  • Will have worked at Salesforce or at a Salesforce partner ideally
  • Experience in either Manufacturing, Financial Services and or the 3rd Sector
  • Proven capability to network and to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong new business sales discipline and personal accountability
  • A highly credible executive with exceptional corporate presence and ability to influence
  • Proven track record in enterprise grade  sales

The Role

  • Ultimately responsible for the new business success of the Salesforce business unit
  • Build strong and long term relationships within Salesforce that result in profitable new business
  • Working with Pre Sales, Marketing and senior leadership to drive effective Sales & Marketing campaigns and opportunities
  • A targeted sales role that will lead to long term career growth and development
  • Leading with Pre Sales teams to provide high quality  Proposals, RFIs and RFPs to major potential clients
  • Focus on precision sales forecasting 
  • Continual focus on delivering quality and excellence to clients to ensure repeat business and trusted partner status
