A fantastic UK-based opportunity to join the Marketing Software division (150 employees) of a major US headquartered (2,000 employees), Global Enterprise Software business.

The company provides a big-ticket, market-leading Marketing Platform which is targeted into the office of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Numerous impressive customer names have already been closed in highly consumer related verticals such as Retail, Travel, Financial Services, Telco, Media, Entertainment, CPG, Automotive, Pharma and others.

The Role:

  • Account Management role, EXISTING accounts
  • Manage around 15 x Enterprise accounts mainly based in UK
  • UK-based, reports into the EMEA / APAC Division Head (UK)
  • Handle contract negotiations, customer retention, identification of new opportunities within the Account base
  • Work closely with peers including a pan-European team of around 30 (20 in UK, 10 Europe)
  • Build strong relationships with CMO and other Senior Marketing level Execs in the Accounts
  • Manage complex deals, often with long sales-cycles, typical order values of $1m

Experience required:

  • Seeking a strong Account Manager, who can manage 15 x Existing Accounts
  • UK-based, able to meet with colleagues in London when required
  • 5 +years of Enterprise Software Sales related experience
  • Strong and stable track record of Enterprise Software Account Management experience
  • Experienced in achieving high records of customer retention, upsell / cross sell
  • Beneficial if the candidate has a strong record of success in selling into the office of Senior Marketers within large B2C brands
  • Ideally has sold complex technology that may include: Marketing Automation, Marketing Platforms, Business / Web Analytics, Data Management, Insights, Customer Experience, Media Planning and similar
