US Scale Up Team – AI Financial Crime SaaS

We are working closely with the CRO and CEO of a truly exciting European scale-up, AI SaaS firm to build out their USA operations. Having just built the initial UK team, we are now focussing on building out the USA business. We have already made some critical hires and we are now hiring the following roles.

The roles

  • Pre Sales Solutions Engineers – East Coast
  • USA Partner / Alliances Lead – East Coast
  • Business Development Manager, East Coast

These roles, by the very nature of a scale up, will lead to progression for those that excel.

The leadership team are experienced executives that have a track record of developing other companies in the AI and Financial Crime Risk Management sector and driving them to successful exit. The proposition is unique and is able to solve challenges that no other vendor is able to currently and purchased by senior decision makers in FinTechs, Banks, Insurance and Mortgage companies. The market opportunity for this company is colossal.

They have first mover advantage and this has been acknowledged by their globally recognised VC’s that have taken early positions in the company as well as the growing numbers of Clients and Partners that are working with them.

The company already has clients and ongoing interest within the Americas and the decision to build out the USA market is based upon actual need and market requirements.  The CRO has extensive experience in growing teams and software businesses in the American marketplace for both US and European companies. 

Ideal candidates 

  • Extensive experience from within the Financial Crime Risk Management sector within your chosen discipline of either Sales,  Pre Sales or Alliances
  • Ideally will have worked for another scale up or early stage SaaS firm that has grown rapidly
  • Experience of engaging with senior decision makers in Banks, Fintechs, Insurance and Mortgage companies
  • International experience in developing, supporting or closing enterprise level deals
  • New business acquisition focus
  • Exceptional presentation, influencing and engagement capabilities with partners, investors, clients and other senior stakeholders
  • A demonstrable track record of success displaying career stability within your discipline of either Pre Sales, Marketing and Alliances
